Cooking with Kathy and John





Wanted to update you on how we are surviving here in Scotland. Some are aware that Scotland has some interesting foods such as haggis and blood pudding. Thankfully, our gourmet kitchen staff has spared us those delicasies and have opted instead for more familiar fare such as delicious citrus chicken, tatties and neeps (mashed potatoes, turnips, and carrots, rice pudding, chicken soup, fruit cobblers, and even cappucinos, espressos, and mochas brewed by John the barista.   2. Cathy, please tell the writer that you spell your name with a C. Looks like you're having fun in the kitchen. Just want to know why you don't seem to mind being photographed over there, but run when I try to take a picture! Hope you and Ed are having a wonderful time.
